Solution THIS SOLUTION SHOULD ONLY BE FOLLOWED IF TWO OR MORE OF THE LISTED FAULT CODES ARE PRESENT.
If only one of the DTCs is present on the DTC Readout, Guided Diagnostics should be followed as normal.
If a vehicle presents with a combination of between two and four of the relevant DTCs and the listed possible conditions and there are no other symptoms to indicate another issue:
– Replace the external Engine Wiring Harness.
This solution will be updated when further information is available.
Cause A combination of the four DTCs in the title and fault code section below may appear on a DTC Readout in combinations from a single code up to all four. Two or three codes are most common for this issue. The DTCs will not necessarily have identical time stamps and occurrence counts. Guided diagnostics and resistance checks will likely not reveal an issue.
Powertrain Engineering is currently investigating the cause of this issue but have determined that the likely problem is located in the external engine wiring harness.
