This bulletin does not necessarily apply to all the above-mentioned vehicles, some vehicles may have been modified before delivery. The owners of the vehicles affected by this bulletin will be advised by a letter indicating the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of each vehicle concerned.
DESCRIPTION
On the vehicles affected by this bulletin, an inspection must be performed to ensure that the OBD and ELD warning decals are applied at their respective location inside the vehicles. If one or both decal(s) are missing, they must be ordered and applied following the instructions below.

PROCEDURE
DANGER
Park vehicle safely, apply parking brake, stop engine. In the battery box, set the battery cut-off switch to the OFF position prior to working on the vehicle.
Lock out & Tag out (LOTO) must be performed during set-up, maintenance or repair activities. Refer to your local procedure for detailed information regarding the control of hazardous energy.

1. OBD warning decal inspection.
– Make sure that the OBD warning decal is present on the lower part of the dashboard (driver’s side). See picture for correct location.
– If the decal is missing, order decal #
23338070 and apply it at the shown location on the dashboard.
2. ELD warning decal inspection.
– Make sure that the ELD warning decal is present in the front electrical compartment (stairway compartment). See picture for correct location.
– If the decal is missing, order decal # 390038 and apply it in the front electrical compartment as shown in the pictures.

WARRANTY
This modification is covered by Prevost’s normal warranty. We will reimburse you the parts and 1/2 hour (0.50) of labor upon receipt of a warranty claim. Please submit claim via our Online Warranty System, available at www.prevostcar.com (under Service \ Warranty section). Use Claim Type: “Bulletin/Recall” and select ‘’Warranty Bulletin WB19-85″.
